rue des Barres
Rue des Barres is a block from the Cite. We must have at least a dozen photos of this in albums from previous visits, we like it so much. There have been movies filmed here, so it might look familiar to some of you, too. It goes behind St. Gervais. There are shops and restaurants opening onto it and a monastery bookstore. Isn't it just a beautiful view?
