Outside the Cite

Here is a vue of the building. You can see our three windows, the middle one being the one that is open the furthest, on the third floor. We were here when this monument was installed, with great pomp and circumstances. That summer, we looked out the window when we heard live music, looked down and saw lots of people. Dignitaries, fancy hatted military men, big cars. We went down to look and thought the monument looked like a bunny getting ready to sit down. it still looks like that to me.
