On the Sunday we spent with our friends in Beziers, they suggested a trip to the country side. Off we went in their little van, dog included, to the little village of Roque Brun. We saw our first live olive tree, some feral cats, and lovely views. A poster about a chestnut festival sent us off to our next stop, Olargues.
