These are two of the small collages that I created for the Art-o-mat. I finished the edition of 70, have them boxed up and am now putting the cellophane wrappers on them. See previous post for more on this, including size. I feel very excited about this. I didn't think I could reach my goal. Each of these collages takes as much time as my larger ones, and is actually more time consuming because, as I mentioned, I have to use a tweezer some of time to handle the pieces of collage material. I've had fun with it and like the way they turned out. All pieces are signed and numbered. I boxed these two before I wrote down their numbers to identify them here, ooops.

awesome! these are beautiful.
Great!!
Just lovely.
When you have a sec, I would love to hear more about the "logistics" of putting these little works together... I have an image of you with tweezers, but are you then using some kind of fixative, or...?
And how do you wrap stuff in cellophane? Just buy big sheets and wrap like packages? Or does it come in little envelopes?
Thank you for sharing your work!
Thanks for the "just lovely" comment. I do use an adhesive, roll on tape dispenser kind that UHU and Tombow make. It's supposedly permanent & archival. The art-o-mat sells the little boxes and cellophane wrapper that works for their machines. It's all very cool and rewarding to be part of this...an artist in cellophane.
I just love these tiny collages. So simple but very attractive.
